This Refund Policy describes how SNUG & STITCH (“we” or “us”) issues refunds for products purchased on our website snugandstitch.com (the "Website") and any retailers selling products that originated from Snug & Stitch.
Digital Products
There are no refunds or exchanges on digital products. These sales are final.

Physical Products from Us​
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If the item was damaged during shipping please immediately document the damage with photos of the box and item. This will help us quickly initiate claims with the carrier.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We will exchange a defective or malfunctioning product within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Physical Products from a Reseller​
Please contact the reseller you purchased the product from for their return policy.

To start a return, use the contact below. If your return meets the return guidelines, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions.
