Fade Away was made in honor of my Mom, Laura Irwin, and for every quilter who has ever wanted to turn something precious into something lasting. Designed from the heart as a memory quilt pattern, it's built to hold the fabrics that matter most: clothing, cherished scraps, fussy-cut prints, or little hidden messages tucked into the blocks. Beginner friendly and deeply versatile, it works equally well with 5" precut squares, 2.5" strip rolls, scraps, or yardage, so whatever you have that carries meaning, this pattern has a place for it. A simple classic pattern, ready to give some cherished memories new life.
