A few weeks ago I saw this video from Chefclub Grub and paused mid video. Never had I ever seen anyone cook Nacho Toppings separately and then pour them on. So of course I tried it and then I shared it to my Instagram stories. But friends wanted it up in my feed to be able to save it. So of course I shared it to my feed. Here's the original post.
It went viral! Currently at over 1.8M views and I've been getting a lot of questions about it. So, for those of you interested, here's my viral Cheese Pour Nachos recipe:
I like to be creative with Nachos, so while this is one topping recipe. I also use rotisserie chicken, carne asada, various pulled pork, and other toppings for our Nachos. This just happened to be the one I tried for the video since it's what I had on hand that day. Also important to note, you can foil your pans and skip a washing the sheet pans to save yourself some work.
